• Independents Day – A conference for Independent Opticians sponsored by a major optical manufacturer where we spoke to 400 business owners.  To prepare for the speech we mystery shopped 30 of the delegate businesses and fed the customer journey back to the audience.
• Entrepreneurial Conference – speaking to 1500 business owners and sharing the stage with Steve Wozniak, the founder of Apple, we inspired the audience with our “Customers – Love them or Lose Them” – a 60 minute inspirational talk highlighting the five most important factors to improve a team’s service and sales skills.
• LawNet – Reviewing more than 600 mystery shops across a 12 month period we spoke to legal partners to reflect the customer experience and the key actions legal firms could take to ensure they deliver a better service experience than the rest.
• Leisure Industry Week – Speaking to an audience of leisure industry experts we offered the audience great tips and ideas on how to lift their teams’ customer service performance.
• Retail Managers’ Conference – Launching a mystery shopping programme to hundreds of retail Managers, we inspired the team to ensure they make the most of the mystery shopping results to maximise the effectiveness of their teams.
